Since joining BMD as a graduate civil engineer in 1995, Scott has worked in all the companies of the Group. In 2007, Scott graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the MIT Sloan Fellows Program in Innovation and Global Leadership in Boston, US. Scott has a national executive responsibility for all operations across the Group. His focus is to manage the continued growth of the Group in a manner that retains the long term relationship and collaborative approach that has been the hallmark of the Group since its inception.
