General Manager - Urbex

Wayne joined BMD in November 2010 as General Manager - Urbex with responsibility for the management and development of the Urbex property portfolio. Wayne has a 20 year career in the property development industry, previously holding senior executive positions within national and international institutional and private investment companies including extensive offshore experience in the United States, New Zealand, and South Africa. Wayne has a thorough knowledge of the Australian residential land sector and has managed regional operations across all states.  As the current Qld President and a National Board member of the Property Council of Australia Wayne is an active speaker on issues affecting the development industry.
